I went to upgrade my WindowFX after years of use but no longer see it in my Object Desktop Subscription.

Are you sure your OD is up to date and current not expired ?

For anyone else with this issue, according to a reply I have just received from posting a ticket, it turns out that WindowFX has been removed from ObjectDesktop so can only be purchased separately/additionally now.
